Choose the right team
Use the team switcher at the top. Practices, partners, ideas, usage, and integration tokens belong to that active team.

Ideas are separated by practice and partner. Open a card to inspect the dated trigger, sources, buyer path, commercial estimate, and ranking reasons.

Make a human decision
Approve useful work, snooze ideas that are early, or dismiss weak ideas with a reason. Record outcomes so later quality reporting reflects what actually happened.
Reading an idea
Know what is evidence and what is judgment
Every useful idea should make its reasoning inspectable. Treat the card as a research brief to review, not a finished recommendation.
- Dated trigger
- The event or decision window that makes the idea timely. Check that it is still current before acting.
- Grounded fact
- A claim supported by a linked source. Open the source and confirm it supports the specific claim.
- Inference
- The system's interpretation of what the facts may mean. It is deliberately labelled because it has not been independently verified.
- Rank and reasons
- Why the idea appears where it does for this partner. A strong rank helps prioritize review; it does not replace professional judgment.
- Proposed pitch
- A starting point for a conversation or value scan. Edit it for client context, independence requirements, and the partner's voice.
- Idea state
- Proposed, approved, snoozed, dismissed, and outcome states preserve the review history and improve later evaluation.

What makes partner results better
Public information provides a starting point. The highest-value improvements come from reviewed commercial context that only the team knows.
Separate active pursuits, priority clients, eligible targets, exclusions, and known relationship paths.
Record geography, offerings, buyer roles, risk posture, conflicts, delivery constraints, and any evidence-use restrictions.
Update the profile when the book, plan position, priorities, or partner responsibilities change. Stale context produces stale ranking.

Team admins can create a scoped integration token in Settings. Use a separate token for each system and environment so access can be narrowed, rotated, or revoked without affecting anything else.
Create the connection
- Switch to the team the external system should access.
- Open Settings → Integration tokens.
- Name the system and select only the permissions it needs.
- Create the token and copy it immediately. It is shown only once.
- Store it in the connector or system's secret settings—not in a chat message, document, URL, or source code.

Common questions
When something does not look right
Why does a partner have few or no ideas?
Check that the partner profile is complete, reviewed, active, and assigned a research cadence. Confirm that eligible accounts and constraints are current. The evidence gates may also reject a thin week rather than show weak ideas.
Why did an update fail because the record changed?
Someone or another integration saved a newer version. Reload the record, compare the newer information with your change, and then save again. This prevents silent overwrites.
Can I recover an integration token?
No. The full token is displayed only when it is created. If it is lost, create a replacement, update the connected system, confirm it works, and revoke the old token.
Can Claude or another AI update partner profiles?
Yes, when its token has the relevant write permission. Keep human approval enabled, read the current profile before updating, and preserve fields the AI or source system does not own.
Is every statement on an idea verified?
No. Grounded facts have sources; inferences and estimates are labelled separately. Review both the source quality and the reasoning before using the idea.
